Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Areas We Serve

SmartCity Electronics delivers to all counties across Kenya. Our primary delivery areas include Nairobi, Kiambu, Nyeri, Thika, Karatina, and the wider Mt Kenya region. We also serve customers in Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and all other Kenyan counties.

2. Delivery Costs

Free delivery applies to orders over KSh 5,000 delivered to Nairobi.

3. Handling Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EAT on business days (Monday–Saturday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive SMS and/or email updates at each stage: Order Confirmed, Processing, Dispatched, and Delivered. You can also track your order at any time using your order number on our Track Order page.

6. Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier services and our own delivery team for Nairobi deliveries. For upcountry orders, we partner with reputable logistics providers to ensure your electronics arrive safely.

7. Customer Collection

You may collect your order from our store at Harambee Avenue, Cargen House, 4th Floor, Room 408, Nairobi. Collection is free. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

8. Remote Area Limitations

Some very remote areas may have extended delivery times or additional charges. If your location requires special arrangements, we will contact you before dispatch.

9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply. Our team will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
