• Screen defects (dead pixels, display malfunctions)

3. What Is Not Covered

• Physical damage from drops, water, or misuse
• Software issues (unless pre-installed and not user-caused)
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, battery degradation over time)
• Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Products with removed or altered serial numbers

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Replacement: We will replace the product with the same or equivalent model
• Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund

6. Warranty Period

7. Third-Party Warranties

Some products carry the manufacturer's own warranty handled directly by the manufacturer. In such cases, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer but cannot guarantee the outcome of manufacturer-direct claims.
